Hartwell & Sons Consolidated
Mid-size industrial conglomerate, Sheffield. 1,400 employees. Three separate payroll ledgers. No one knew why.
Karen (Kidneys) — Personnel Filtration & HR Advisory
Presenting problem
Hartwell & Sons had accumulated 47 redundant personnel classifications over 22 years, resulting in a workforce where 11% of employees held titles that no longer corresponded to any known function. Three individuals had been receiving salary for roles that had been dissolved in 1953. One of them had not been informed.
Unit intervention
KAREN-2 was deployed for a full personnel filtration sweep. Using proprietary Bio-Integrated classification protocols, the unit identified, flagged, and formally notified all irregularities within a single quarter. The unit also identified six additional irregularities that were not part of the original brief. The unit always finds additional irregularities.
